Contact

  • If you have any questions about your order, please send an email with proof of purchase (confirmation email and/or order number) to mgz.crochet@gmail.com or through the contact page. 

Orders 

  • All items are shipped from the Bay Area, California
  • Most items are ready to ship, however, I will have items available for preorder (made to order)
  • Orders that ONLY include "ready to ship" items will be processed and dropped off at the post office within 3 to 5 business days.
**If your order contains both ready to ship and pre-ordered items, shipping time will extend to 2-3 weeks as I have to make the item after the order is placed and then ship it out**
  • See below for shipping times for domestic and international shipping:

Domestic Shipping

    • Packages will be shipped with USPS First-Class Mail and USPS Priority mail. Once shipped, most domestic orders will arrive to you within 3 to 10 business days.

    International Shipping

      • International shipping is calculated with USPS prices, depending on weight, size, delivery speed, and distance. 

    Returns

    • All sales are final unless the order you received was incorrectly packaged or damaged.
    • If there is a problem with your order please feel free to email me with your order info!

    Commissions & Customs

    • I'm currently not taking custom orders, but when I do there will be a post on my Instagram with info about how to make an order :)
